Dear Customer

We hope that you are all well and safe during these challenging times.

Following the announcement of a second National Lockdown in England from midnight on 4th November until Wednesday 2nd December, I can confirm that Absolute Promotions Ltd, will continue to operate during this lock down period but we will return to the ‘working by exception’ approach taken in the first lock down. This means that we will be working with reduced hours. All orders will not be despatched unless you contact our customer services team and agree a delivery date. Printed or embroidery orders placed from 1pm on Wednesday 4th November will be despatched approximately 10-15 working days, on the assumption that customers are open to receive them.

Please note that for customers in Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland, due to the various different circumstances that exist in those areas we will also need to work by exception, as set out above, until at least 2nd December, so if you are open please let our sales office team know.

As we look ahead to 2021, there is a huge amount of work needed to navigate our way through the challenges of the pandemic and as a result, all our staff will be working throughout the lock down period. We are committed to giving you exceptional service and I am confident that we will do so. Can I ask once again that you place your forward orders early as this will really help us to deliver for you.
