Have you seen the viral espresso and Diet Coke trend?

We decided to give it an Italian twist by swapping the Diet Coke for Sanpellegrino Chinò Zero.

The bittersweet citrus flavour of Chinò works incredibly well with a fresh shot of Kimbo espresso over ice, creating a refreshing summer coffee that's rich, bold and surprisingly smooth. It even reminds us a little of a Brasileña.

If you're a coffee lover or you're always looking for new Italian drinks to try, this one is well worth adding to your list.

Trying the viral tonic espresso ☕🧊

We kept seeing this drink everywhere, so of course we had to try it.

Espresso, tonic water and plenty of ice make a surprisingly refreshing summer coffee. It sounds unusual, but it really works!
