A small, family run business situated in North Nottinghamshire, founded in 1970 by Sally. Sally started her career as a dealer specialising in sporting paintings. As time went on she began publishing some of these early paintings as prints. On seeing one of her adverts in The Field magazine a young painter by the name of John Trickett approached her with two paintings of Black Labradors. This is w

One day conference 2nd Sept.

Fabulous new book on 18th C Horsemanship, by Dr. Alison Moller who will be one of three authors speaking at our one-day conference at the Museum in Nottinghamshire, NG220LA on September 2nd. 10am-4pm. The other two will be Dr. Emma Herbert-Davies speaking on 13thC Veterinary practices and Dr. Erica Munkwitz on the history of side saddle. There will also be one of our curious object handling quizzes of 21 antique and vintage equestrian items. No one has ever guessed every one, could you? A tour of the side saddle exhibition and a light lunch. All for just £50. Tickets are limited so book quickly and come and have a lovely day with us.
