Possibly the hottest, dustiest show ever!

We are back from 3 days at Laughton Show and starting to slowly feel cooler and cleaner! 🥵

Thank you to everyone who put up with the heat long enough to stop and talk to us about our rocket stoves.

Across the show we cooked the following on them:

• Bacon, egg and sausage baps
• Bannock bread - one marmite and cheese, the other herby
• Percolated coffee
• Boiled a kettle for tea and hot washing up water
• Pork steaks
• Lamb steaks
• Beef burgers
• Beef kebabs
• Lamb koftas
• Toasted marshmallows

What do you want to see us cooking on a rocket stove to convince you to have one in your life?!

We are back to the day jobs this week and welcoming a guest to our forge for an experience day at the weekend, but we’ve got some rocket stoves in stock so if you missed out on purchasing one this weekend, do get in touch!

This weekend we’re at the Laughton show in East Sussex.

With the Weather set to be great for the bank holiday, a Saxon Forge rocket stove is the perfect bit of kit for those outdoor cookouts!
