Forty and fabulous! 💜✨

This bold purple balloon display was the perfect way to celebrate a milestone birthday. The mix of metallic purples, silvers, and soft bow details created a fun, elegant centerpiece that definitely made the party pop. Turning 40 never looked so good!

My full-time job has been keeping me incredibly busy lately, but that hasn’t stopped me creating some marvellous designs whenever I get the chance — and this one is definitely a favourite!

Over the past few weeks I’ve been sharing my training for the upcoming half marathon. What started as a personal challenge has now taken on a much deeper meaning.

I’ll now be running it in honour of Phill, my best friend’s dad, who sadly passed away suddenly from a heart attack. Phill was a true family man and someone who meant a lot to so many people.

With the family’s blessing, I’ll also be raising money for the British Heart Foundation in his memory.

Since my ADHD diagnosis, a lot of things suddenly make sense…
especially how deeply things can be felt, even when others think they’re small.

Still learning, still figuring things out —
but also learning that protecting my peace and setting boundaries isn’t “too much.”

Sometimes understanding your brain just helps you see people a little more clearly.
