As part of our continued focus on efficiency, today we’ve installed a new vehicle maintenance ramp at our HQ in Staffordshire, allowing more vehicle and equipment maintenance to be carried out in-house.

This gives us greater control over quality, reduces downtime, and helps us plan maintenance around live site operations - all in support of consistent service delivery for our clients.

A simple investment that strengthens our operational foundations. ✅

On the first working day of the year the Taylormade Operations Team got together to align on expectations and reinforce the standards that will underpin our work in 2026.

As the industry wraps up 2025, we’d like to thank our clients and suppliers for their continued support through a busy year-end across all our sites 🏡🏡🏡🏡

Despite tough conditions, we’re proud to have got over the line for another successful year 💪

With projects delivered and the year closed out, it’s now time for a well-earned rest before we reset for 2026 🔄

The Taylormade team are now out of office for a well-earned break and will return on 5th January for two days of staff training and focus for the year ahead 🗓️

We were delighted to donate a pile of selection boxes to Keon Homes Limited for the Tara Group Christmas Lights Switch-On, helping spread some festive joy to local children, charities and underprivileged people at a time of year when it’s needed most.

A small gesture, but one we hope makes a big difference this Christmas.

🎄 This week we are spreading some Christmas cheer! 🎄

Earlier this week we were delighted to donate a Christmas tree to our long standing client, Persimmon Homes West Midlands.

Their team puts an incredible amount of effort into raising funds for various charities, especially at this time of year and we wanted to show our appreciation for the positive impact they continue to make for people less fortunate. 👏

A great day out for a great cause 🎯💛

On Thursday, five members of our management team had the privilege of attending a charity clay-shooting day at Eaton Hall Shooting Ground. It’s an absolutely fantastic location and the perfect backdrop for raising funds for Cancer Research. ✅

It was a fantastic day all round: great company, great hospitality, an opportunity to network in our industry and most importantly, supporting a cause that means a lot to so many.

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of sponsoring Leek Rugby Club in their league clash against Burton RUFC - the only two Level 5 clubs in Staffordshire.

While the result didn’t go Leek’s way on the day, it was a fantastic occasion to continue to support our local club and enjoy a great afternoon of rugby with colleagues, friends, and the community.
