The warm weather seems to of settled a little bit, so with that in mind…

The shop will be back open TODAY from 12 till 3 o’clock.

Due to the heat being forecasted, we have made the decision to close the shop today.

4 of our staff that were due to work today are volunteers and I would never expect them to work in this heat!

We should be back open tomorrow morning at 10am, I will update this page tomorrow if anything changes.

After a couple of days of being locked out and un-able to get into the shop, we are delighted to be back in and back open.

On behalf of the whole team from the Diabetic Charity Shop, We would like to wish you all a wonderful Christmas 🎄

Thank you to all of our customers and supporters this year, without you guys none of what we do would be possible. Also the amazing team of volunteers that we have. A bunch of lovely people who all have their own reasons for wanting to give their time to support the cause. I couldn’t be more greatful for everything you ALL do.

Diabetes is both a scary and a difficult thing to have to live with, we are immensly proud that we have raised enough money this year, from our little shop, to be able to continue to support Islanders, be it through support groups or individual cases where travel has been subsidised. We will continue to do all we can to aid our fellow islanders.

Here’s to the new year and maybe a few little surprises coming very soon. Keep your eyes out for the announcements 🙂
