Contact me (or your personal cabi stylist) to pre-order yours NOW! These won’t last, and they will become available to the general public to order directly from our website next week. I have all the details and can help with sizing, fit, fabrication and styling. We have a generous 30 day exchange and return policy, so what do you have to lose (except potentially missing out if we don’t order your must haves now?! 😉 )

Such fun as “Insiders” àt Brooklands radio station yesterday on our impromotu behind the scenes tour with the fab who put ànd I on air and let us play a bit! The new studios above the Weybridge library are so professional, and I love listening to Michelle do what SHE loves. Check out the Brooklands radio schedule on their website ànd their new Insider program with some great deals to be had. Michelle’s Thursdays, 1-4pm are my favourite (including her book club) but there are many great programs to listen to every day of the week. Doesn’t Michelle look fab in her timeless blouse?

A wonderful final cabi cafe last week with talented photographer and friend and a lovely group of women. Check out Caroline’s Windsor Great Park coffee table book for a great gift idea - get inspired by her photos on her website, and contact her for more info on getting any of her images framed or booking à photography session.

Final cabi cafe of the Spring season is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th from 12:30-2:30 (tomorrow!) with who will share her passion for photography and some of her favourite local beauty spots, perfect for walking, taking photographs, or simply taking in nature. I’m so grateful to Charmaine of for collaborating with me at my cabi café last week and sharing her breathtaking masterpieces. Each hat is truly a work of art, and hearing her speak about her passion and journey made the experience even more special.

Charmaine’s approach to millinery is grounded in four beautiful principles: design, quality, comfort, and longevity—and how fitting that we were talking about longevity on Earth Day. It was such a lovely reminder to invest in hats and clothing that are made to last, pieces you can treasure and wear for years to come.

These creations are made with such care, creativity, and attention to detail—it was an absolute joy to learn more about her craft.

For the occasion, I wore this season’s , , and , while Charmaine looked stunning in her new paired with a soft sweater for warmth. Of course, we both finished our looks with her exquisite hat designs.

These hats instantly elevated our outfits—we could easily picture ourselves at Royal Ascot or any event in the upcoming social season. From weddings to polo matches and regattas, the inspiration was endless.

We had so much fun styling Charmaine’s hats and the collection (and even some sample sale treasures!)—it truly was such a stylish and joyful afternoon.

City days in London 💕
Stepping into a day of art, fashion, and inspiration in my cabi “city days” vibe on Monday — the paired with the embroidered , finished with a bold pop of hot pink from a past season (my little nod to Schiaparelli). The perfect look for wandering through the “Fashion Becomes Art” exhibition at the V&A with the Fashion & Design group.
Elsa Schiaparelli was truly ahead of her time — a designer who blurred the lines between fashion and art long before it became the norm. Known for her daring use of colour (hello, shocking pink!) and intricate embroidery, she collaborated with surrealist artists like Dalí and Picasso to create pieces that challenged convention and celebrated imagination. Her designs weren’t just clothing — they were conversation starters.
A favourite moment: Anita and I posing beside a striking denim creation in our own jean jackets — a timeless staple that’s having such a strong revival right now. The embroidered details of the meadow jacket felt like the perfect blend of classic and playful for this occasion.
Another favourite moment: spotting Charmaine of doppelgänger in a painting of the designer - I just had to snap a pic of them side by side (and Charmaine is wearing my favourite pale pink with a gorgeous cabi embroidered bird sweater from a few seasons ago, demonstrating once again how easy cabi makes it to mix and match different outfits, season on season.
We ended the day with brunch on the terrace at Glamorama by followed by a wander through Chelsea and along King’s Road — the perfect London finish.
Over a century later, Schiaparelli’s influence is everywhere — from avant-garde couture runways to the way designers embrace bold storytelling, texture, and unexpected details. Fashion continues to echo her fearless creativity, reminding us that style should be expressive, artistic, and a little bit daring.
London days like these = inspiration overload!
