A SAD ANNOUNCEMENT 💔
After much thought, I have made the difficult decision to close my Etsy shop.
Unfortunately, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my payments that have not been resolved to my satisfaction.
In August, I received only half of the payment I was expecting, and in September, despite having £57 in sales, I received just £5.75.
I have tried to get answers and support from Etsy Customer Services, but I have not received the help or clarity I feel a seller deserves.
As a small business, every sale matters. The time, effort and care that go into creating and selling my products deserve to be matched by transparency, fairness and proper support from the platform I use.
Sadly, I no longer feel that Etsy offers me that.
It has not been an easy decision, and I want to thank every customer who has supported my little business, placed an order, or shared my work. Your support has meant so much to me. ❤️
Sometimes, you have to walk away from a situation that no longer feels right.
