Good morning Autumn 🍂
Sun is shining but the air has that cold fresh smell.
Its been a tough week for me personally and I want to say thank you to everyone who has sent messages checking up on me.
Had bad news recently about mum and it hit me this week.
Struggled to get dressed, struggled to reply to people ...
Just struggled really.

At one point I had made a brew after watering some plants and crawled into bed to feel sorry for myself.
And it hit me how lucky I was.
The people round me, my home, my dogs, my plants.
Messages saying you've been quiet everything ok.
I went in the greenhouse and faffed.
The dogs fussed me.
I read my books.
And slowly I felt less like I was suficating and more like I could get dressed.

So thanks for the messages, the people who checked in.
Thanks to my friends who had drinks, made me get fish and chips and said I'm here.
And thanks to my mum who even though her world is falling apart said are you ok.
She really is the bravest person I know ❤️

What a gorgeous day 💚🍂
Went to watch practical magic 2 with mama today mother daughter bonding.
Came home feeling my inner witch and very grateful for my space.
Its messy and beautifully chaotic.
I love how it changes with the seasons.
One phrase stood out in the film
"Live a little live alot"
We obviously cried and laughed and chair danced to put the lime in the coconut 🎵
Then I came home and sat in my throne in the greenhouse and felt peace.
Plants just sit there quietly till we need them 💚🌿
