There’s something really special about making your own glazes from scratch. It’s a slow process. Testing, adjusting, waiting, and sometimes starting all over again. I think that’s part of what makes it so rewarding.

This one is a chun glaze I keep coming back to… my “old faithful.” It never turns out exactly the same twice, but that’s what I love about it. A little unpredictable, but always worth the effort.

So much time goes into each piece before it even reaches the kiln, and I think that quiet work is what makes the final result feel meaningful 🤍

There’s something beautiful about letting nature lead the way 🌿

This stoneware pot features a lichen-inspired reactive glaze that melts and moves across the surface. The result is a landscape of irregular, textured patterns, just like lichen quietly growing over time.

Lately, I’ve been enjoying getting my hands dirty in the garden too, planting new flowers and welcoming the arrival of spring 🌸

Blush pink stoneware vase and freshly picked garden flowers 🌸✨

There’s something so special about this time of year… the light feels softer, the colours brighter, and everything just blooms.

Feeling so energised, inspired, and happy that spring is finally here 💕🌿

🍳🍳🍳Porcelain Fried Eggs are now available in my website shop 🍳🍳🍳

I love the symbolism of an egg. Birth, life, fertility, resurrection, spring time and new beginnings. Or even just your favourite breakfast item. 😃

Each porcelain egg is decorated by hand and finished with a transparent glossy glaze. It can be used as a hanging decoration or a stand alone ornament. Perfect as an alternative Easter decoration or a quirky kitchen adornment.

In my last shop update for 2025 I have added these lovely little gingerbread characters.
Each ornament is completely handcrafted using porcelain clay. I use a piping bag to create the icing effect, and then I adorn it with lovely festive accessories.

I hope you enjoy these gingerbread people!

I have listed some smaller pots on my website. These seemed to be a hit in the summer, probably because everyone had flowers to put in them! Even in winter, they would make a lovely little Christmas gift 🎁

Last year, my family stayed in a cabin at Christmas. It's always a guarantee that we will get crafting, and gingerbread houses were a big hit with my nieces and nephew. It is believed that making edible gingerbread houses originated in the 16th Century! My gingerbread tree ornaments are a fun way to honour this historic Christmas tradition.

These will be available in my shop update on Monday 1st December at 7pm GMT
