The incredible Ailisha lost an amazing 12st 3lb ..... she attends our 5.30 group at Quakers Birkenhead (every Monday 4pm 5.30 and 7pm,) .... wanted me to spread her words in the hope it helps anyone thats reading this to take that step into our group xx
My journey started in September 2018. I walked into group on the first day absolutely terrified, I was 27 stone and horrible worried about my health. Joining such a welcoming and inspiring community took those fears right away. I read the book inside out and grew my confidence in my choices. Everything is a choice. I don’t have a ‘day off’, I choose to use more syns that day. Some days were awful and I didn’t know where the gain came from but I stuck with it and I’m so proud that I did. With the help of Paula and the group my whole lifestyle changed for the better. I still go out and have fun with my friends but I make better choices the rest of the week. With the help and inspiration of the group you can achieve whatever you want. xx

T'was 10 weeks till Christmas and all round the town, lapsed slimming world members were starting to frown, Oh why did I do it? Why did I lapse ? I'll give my Consultant Paula a call and maybe perhaps, She'll welcome me back with arms open wide, help me lose weight so I don't have to hide.

Then up from the rooftops there came such a shout, "Of course you can come back, of that there's no doubt!" My Consultant Paula was swinging from the chimney above, to shower all members with much Christmas love!
Shouting "I CAN HELP! I CAN HELP!" 😍

Just come to your group, lose lots of weight and still love what you're eating. With free food and syns, how can you fail ? It really doesn't matter if you've slipped off the rail.

So hopefully I'll see you in group to get back in the swing,
