AA Commissioning are currently looking for electricians to work on a self employed basis on some long term contracts we have.

Key details:

The work is Night Work usually 8pm till 5am Monday to Thursday.
It is commercial work.
Working on BMS installations/upgrades.
You will be working as part of a team
Working across the UK
Hotels provided

Must haves:
Fully qualified Electrician
Must have ECS card and ipaf cat 3a/3b.
Must be able to use own initiative
No knowledge of BMS installations required as full training will be given

£300 per night

AA Commissioning have been installing BEMS systems for a client across the UK.

This includes installing contactors controlling lighting, installing door contacts, temperature sensors and Gas Fired Heater Control Modules. Integrated into the Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm panels. All controlled via the BEMS system and remotely monitored.

Emergency lighting repair conversions to replace discontinued combo dimmable dali ballasts with dali emergency. We designed and produced our own enclosure to house the battery and inverter with plenty of air flow into the design. The existing light fitting is completely rewired keeping just the original housing.

Recently we converted Droylsden Academy sports hall to LED fittings saving over 50% savings. To add even more savings we have installed Microwave detectors to detect movement. After a preset time of no movement, the lighting will dim for a period of time then turn the lighting off. Furthermore reducing energy wastage and saving the client even more money.
