In case you haven't heard, shipments from outside the EU into the EU will be subject to new duties from 1 July.
As with all the hurdles we've encountered since Brexit, things aren't always 100% clear until they come into effect. So please bear with us as we try to navigate this one!
I can hopefully clarify the Northern Ireland situation soon, just waiting for a definitive answer from Royal Mail and my EU agent.

Our little holiday in Devon is nearly over. We have dodged the rain and packed in so much whilst still having a wonderfully restful time.
Highlights included RHS Garden Rosemoor, Tarr Steps, local evening walk near Rackenford, a visit to Bampton village on a green man hunt and visit to , National Trust Knightshayes, exploring beaches round Ilfracombe and Putsborough (many family holidays were spent here in the 70s and 80s). Plus a final rainy day in Tiverton with the most incredible lunch at The Lost Kitchen and a visit to Timeless knits, yarns & vintage (Yarn and antiques, what a combination!)
Home to the north tomorrow but North Devon always has a special place in my heart ❤️.

It's been a fabulous busy morning at the Mill Open Weekend! The weather is foul, so a perfect day for squishing yarn and a cream tea!

Hello from beautiful Devon! I'm with for a few days holiday, but first I am excited to be peddling my wares at the fabulous Mill Open Weekend in South Molton this weekend.
Come and see us on Saturday and Sunday, it's going to be such a beautiful event as always!

Our Walsden shop is open as usual on Saturday 6th as Mandy is holding the fort.

Busy busy this week packing up for the Mill Weekend in South Molton which is next week (see pinned post).
Please let me know if you are coming and if you want me to bring anything specific. We have such a large product range that it's impossible to fit it all in my car/stand, but I am happy to pack things if you want to have a look, or you can order beforehand and I will bring your order with me for you to collect.
I will of course be bringing our lovely collaborative kit designed by (I made mine into a little cushion)
I'll be focusing on
*Knitting accessories and tools
*Knitting books
*Embroidery and mending books/tools/supplies
*A small selection of sashiko supplies
*Some signature products and hand made gifts.

I hope you are having a lovely bank holiday!
It's stunning weather here in Calderdale, in fact I will have to head inside soon as the sun will be hitting my garden area soon and it will be way too hot for my freckled skin!
I've had a very lazy weekend in that I have hardly left home but also creatively productive as so far I have:
1. Finished a MM Lilian sample/toile/nightie
2. Finally altered a toile for the Named Verso pants, so I can make an actual pair soon.
3. Started another sample for the Mill Open Weekend (see my pinned post). This is the fern design from Embroidery on Knits by .ni.ber.ta
using John Arbon laceweight Appledore. It's a bit autumnal but I'm really enjoying it and it can be done outside, which is just blissful.

Beautiful porcelain buttons from are now in the shop!
These gorgeous little works of art are each individually handmade by Cecile in France. They are just so gorgeous and you have been loving them, especially the 'Arty' sets!
It's lovely to forge new links with European supplies, especially as things seem to be getting harder with trade between us and the EU.
Anyway, you can find these little French treasures in the freshly stocked section on the website along with lots of other beautiful things. Link on my website homepage.
