Parrilla Gaucha UK Manufactured in Argentina and UK, we supply premium parrilla BBQ's to the UK & Europe.

We also host & provide exclusive Asado Events
Email us at [email protected] For the first time in the UK, 100 % genuine Asado parrilla barbecue grill imported direct from Argentina. Our Asado grills have a unique griddle height-adjustable ratchet handle feature that you won’t find on ANY conventional barbecues here in the UK giving you perfect heat control when cooking either large cuts to slow cook meat or a juicy steak at quick high heat. With the unique V-groove griddle surface the Asado grill catches all juices directly into the drip pan avoiding producing flames that can burn meat instead of cooking evenly with pure heat and smoke giving you perfectly succulent tasting barbecued meat every time. The integral side fire pit efficiently turns hardwood into red-hot coals to give you hours of continuous slow cooking time perfect for larger whole meat cuts as well as steaks. This is the ultimate in BBQ’s for people that want to cook authentic Argentinian Asado,

πŸ†βš½ A FIRST BIRTHDAY FIT FOR A WORLD CHAMPION βš½πŸ†

And what better theme for his first birthday than a World Cup Celebration, after his dad, Pedro Porro, became a World Champion with Spain in 2026? πŸ†

We’ve had the pleasure of cooking for Pedro Porro and his family for several years now β€” from family occasions to relaxed asados with friends β€” so being invited back to celebrate his little boy’s 1st birthday meant a lot to us.

For us, this is what an asado has always been about. Not only the food, but becoming a small part of those family moments that people remember for years.

Pedro and Maria, thank you once again for continuing to trust Parrilla Gaucha for these special occasions. It’s always a pleasure working with you and your family, and we absolutely loved being part of this one.

Happy 1st birthday to the little campeΓ³n!

Some corporate events are remembered for the speeches. This one was remembered for the fire. πŸ”₯πŸ₯©πŸ˜πŸ˜

We had the pleasure of bringing the Parrilla Gaucha authentic asado experience to Cole-Parmer in Stone β€” cooking live, serving straight from the parrilla and creating the kind of atmosphere that gets people away from their desks and around the fire. A big thank you to Juan Pablo for trusting us with the event.
For our chefs, an asado is never just about putting meat on a grill. It starts with the quality of the produce, continues with the control of the fire, the timing, the cuts, the seasoning and the way everything is served to the guests.

That attention to detail is what our team brings to every corporate event.

Great ingredients. Live fire. And an experience people actually talk about afterwards.

That’s what Parrilla Gaucha brings to the table β€” although, in our case, it usually starts at the parrilla!!

Brenda and her brother planned the ultimate surprise for their dad β€” a brand-new parrilla for his garden.

He had NO idea.

The moment he saw it for the first time, his reaction said everything. ❀️ Then came the proud photo with his new parrilla… and finally, seeing it finished and right at home in his garden.

A gift is one thing. Giving Dad a moment he’ll remember forever? That’s something else. πŸ₯Ή

And let’s be honest… Brenda didn’t do too badly out of this gift either. There are plenty of lovely asados coming her way now! πŸ˜‚πŸ₯©πŸ”₯ Gracias por confiar en nosotros !

CHELSEA’S DANNY WELBECK x PARRILLA GAUCHA β€” A FAMILY ASADO TO REMEMBER πŸ”₯

Every player has a team on the pitch β€” and another one waiting at home❀️
We had the privilege of firing up a private asado for Danny Welbeck and his lovely family as they celebrated a very special occasion: his daughter’s 5th birthday. πŸŽ‚πŸ₯©
Behind every player is a family sharing the journey β€” the demanding schedules, the time away, the pressure, the big moments and all the quiet support in between. Days like this are a chance to slow everything down, come together and celebrate what matters most.
And that is exactly what an asado is made for.
Through our experience catering for Premier League clubs and players, we understand that every occasion has different needs. Privacy, timing, personal service and attention to detail all matter. Our job is to take care of everything, so our guests can forget about the event and simply enjoy the moment!
Thank you, Danny, for trusting Parrilla Gaucha with such an important family celebration. It was a genuine pleasure to cook for you all, and we hope your little girl had the happiest 5th birthday! ❀️
Until next time β€” the fire will be waiting. πŸ”₯
Family around the table. Asado in the middle. Memories for life.

After a demanding pre-season in Austria, we had the incredible honour of bringing the full Parrilla Gaucha asado experience to the players, coaches and staff at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Weeks of hard work deserved a proper reward: premium-quality Grass fed Beef, plenty of protein and an unforgettable feast cooked over open fire. For professional players, high-quality protein plays an important role in nutritional support for muscle recovery, strength and refuelling after intense training β€” but an Asado is about more than food. It brings people together, celebrates teamwork and creates a moment everyone can share.

We are thrilled to have been invited to Brighton FC and proud to continue building the connection between Parrilla Gaucha, Premier League football and the authentic Asado exsperience.

What a way to begin the season: hard work completed, grills fired up, protein served and the whole team brought together around the fire. πŸ”₯

A fantastic day with a great group of people. Wishing the players, coaching staff and everyone at Brighton & Hove Albion an incredible season ahead!

Premier League football. Argentine fire. Asado at the heart of it all.

πŸ”₯ Back at Watford Football Club for another proper Argentine asado! βš½πŸ‡¦πŸ‡·

Always a pleasure cooking for such a great customer and serving the team quality, freshly grilled food. Good nutrition plays an important part in performance and recovery, and nothing beats healthy, protein-rich meat cooked over the fire and full of flavour.

There was a fantastic atmosphere around the club, with everyone enjoying the afternoon together ahead of the new season.

Thank you to everyone at Watford FC for having us back. Wishing the whole team the very best of luck for the season ahead! πŸ₯©πŸ”₯
