We had the privilege of firing up a private asado for Danny Welbeck and his lovely family as they celebrated a very special occasion: his daughterโ€™s 5th birthday. ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅฉ
Behind every player is a family sharing the journey โ€” the demanding schedules, the time away, the pressure, the big moments and all the quiet support in between. Days like this are a chance to slow everything down, come together and celebrate what matters most.
And that is exactly what an asado is made for.
Through our experience catering for Premier League clubs and players, we understand that every occasion has different needs. Privacy, timing, personal service and attention to detail all matter. After a demanding pre-season in Austria, we had the incredible honour of bringing the full Parrilla Gaucha asado experience to the players, coaches and staff at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Weeks of hard work deserved a proper reward: premium-quality Grass fed Beef, plenty of protein and an unforgettable feast cooked over open fire. For professional players, high-quality protein plays an important role in nutritional support for muscle recovery, strength and refuelling after intense training โ€” but an Asado is about more than food. It brings people together, celebrates teamwork and creates a moment everyone can share.

We are thrilled to have been invited to Brighton FC and proud to continue building the connection between Parrilla Gaucha, Premier League football and the authentic Asado exsperience.

Always a pleasure cooking for such a great customer and serving the team quality, freshly grilled food. Good nutrition plays an important part in performance and recovery, and nothing beats healthy, protein-rich meat cooked over the fire and full of flavour.

There was a fantastic atmosphere around the club, with everyone enjoying the afternoon together ahead of the new season.

We are always grateful to return to a club that welcomes us with open armsโ€ฆ and very open stomachs! ๐Ÿ˜„

Argentina v England. A place in the World Cup Final at stake. And the perfect occasion to bring an international team together through football, food and fire.

Parrilla Gaucha had the pleasure of creating a full office asado experience for the team atย Herbalife UKย during this unforgettable semi-final โ€” serving flame-grilled Argentine beef, chorizo, fresh colourful salads, healthy accompaniments and a World Cup-inspired dessert table.

From the flags and friendly rivalry to the beautiful office space and fantastic atmosphere, this was team bonding done properly. It is easy to see why Herbalife was recognised byย The Sunday Times as one of the UKโ€™s Best Places to Work 2026. Wellbeing, community and bringing people together are clearly at the heart of their culture.ย

India & Alex's Wedding ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ””๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๐Ÿคตโ€” From Kingโ€™s Cross to Thorpeness
Eight years of stories. Seven months across South America. One extraordinary Suffolk celebration.

A first date in Kingโ€™s Cross. Countless festivals, seven months backpacking through South America, a home built together in Vauxhall, and a proposal while hiking Ella Rock in Sri Lanka.

Eight years of adventures brought India and Alex to Thorpenessโ€”their place to escape London, slow down and be surrounded by the people they love most.

And what a celebration it was.

From their arrival in an Aston Martin to the blue-and-white tables beneath the sailcloth marquee, every detail carried Indiaโ€™s exceptional eye. Champagne was poured under the trees, music drifted through the garden, balloons filled the evening sky, and the night ended beside a spectacular fire.

At the heart of the celebration, Parrilla Gaucha prepared an authentic Argentine asado for 120 guestsโ€”cooked over open flame and served in the generous, shared spirit that defines the parrilla.

For a love story that has travelled across continents, bringing the warmth of South American fire to their Suffolk happy place felt like a beautiful continuation of their journey.
