🌶️🍜 BEAT THE MONDAY BLUES WITH WAI WAI CHATPATE! 🇳🇵

Spicy, tangy, crunchy and packed with flavour 🤤 A quick Nepali favourite that’s perfect when Monday needs a little kick! 🔥

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
🍜 1–2 packets Wai Wai noodles, uncooked
🍚 1 cup puffed rice (murmure)
🧅 ½ cup finely chopped red onion
🍅 ½ cup finely chopped tomato
🥒 ½ cup finely chopped cucumber – optional
🥔 ½ cup boiled potato, diced
🥜 ¼ cup roasted peanuts or boiled chickpeas
🌶️ 1–2 green chillies, finely chopped
🌿 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
🫗 1 tbsp mustard oil
🍋 1–2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
🌶️ ½ tsp red chilli powder
🌿 ½ tsp cumin powder
🧂 Salt to taste
✨ Wai Wai tastemaker/masala packets

👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:

1️⃣ Add the onion, tomato, cucumber, boiled potato, peanuts or chickpeas, green chillies and coriander to a large bowl.

2️⃣ Add mustard oil, lemon or lime juice, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.

3️⃣ Roughly crush the uncooked Wai Wai noodles and add them to the bowl. Add the puffed rice if using.

4️⃣ Sprinkle in the Wai Wai seasoning packets.

5️⃣ Toss everything together until well combined and serve immediately while it’s still beautifully crunchy! 😍
