A massive thank you to for the donation of vital flapjacks to help keep us going on our long voyage!
On this trip we will be consuming approximately 6,000 calories a day, however we will be burning 10,000. This deficit will cause us to loose fat/muscle rapidly, resulting in us coming home 20% lighter. Only a month till we leave for Gran Canaria!

Good luck guys...

There she goes! Finally our home for the coming months is getting shipped out to Gran Canaria. The start date is steadily approaching and our pants are steadily filling...
