If your coach doesn't know why your left shoulder's been off for three weeks, that's not a small thing. That changes what you should and shouldn't be doing today. That's the whole reason we've stayed small on purpose. It'd be easy to grow by squeezing more people in the room. We just don't think you'd get coached properly if we did.
That's not the business we're building. We want your coach to know your injury history, your goals, and what you're actually working on this month. We want someone to notice if you haven't been in.
So the real question we spend our time on isn't "how do we get bigger?" It's "how do we help more people without that personal level of coaching dropping?" That means being selective about who coaches, investing in our systems, and being honest when we're not ready to take on more clients.
Growth that costs you the attention is growth we're not interested in.
What's made you stay loyal to a business in the past?
