Might send this one to the person responsible for the upcoming GPSR rules! If you follow lots of small biz creatives like me then you’ll no doubt have seen these 4 letters many times in recent days. In a nutshell, some new rules kick in mid-month that will, at least temporarily, prevent most small UK businesses from posting to Northern Ireland and the EU. I currently only post within the UK but I’m gutted about this as I send out orders to Northern Ireland regularly. I posted one just yesterday and am wondering if it’ll be the last. 😔 I’m so sorry my NI friends. 🫶🏻 The rules are complex, adjustments potentially costly and the fines heavy for getting it wrong so we are, it would appear for now, left with little choice.

I will probably take last orders for Christmas just prior to the rules kicking in so if you are in need of anything, don’t wait too much longer…especially if you live in NI. 🫣

Saggy old cloth cat is finished! Hoping my little ‘Emily’ loves him. 💕🤍💕🤍💕🤍

I made this following an old knitting pattern from a magazine. The pattern was sent to me specially by my lovely Auntie who knows I always loved . He was a fiddly joy to make! I messed around positioning his features for aaages but reckon he’s a close enough approximation for the little one to recognise him 🤞🏻

I used yarn to give him texture. It’s also added a touch of magical ‘sparkle’ to the ‘old fat furry catpuss’.

Did you have a favourite Bagpuss character? I loved Bagpuss and Charlie Mouse! 🐭
