I love By Louise

This is not a decision I’ve made lightly but I Love By Louise is coming to a close. I set it up almost 10 years ago to enable me to work from home with 5 young children. I started it as at the time there was a gap in the market for tasty but nicely packaged goodies something that has changed enormously in the past decade. As many of you know I’m a marketeer by trade and I’m at a stage where now the kids are older and getting more independent by the day I’m able to put more energy and time into my freelance marketing. I will miss surprising people with a box or bag of goodies and seeing their faces light up and I’ve met some wonderful people along the way. I will keep this instagram going but it will be renamed over the next few weeks to support my new venture. Thank you everyone that has supported me over the years it’s been a fabulous journey.

A lovely customer and friend of mine decided she wanted to give a gift bag filled with 3 yummy goodies to someone that needed to feel a little love leading up to the festive period ❤️ and with this week being Anti-Bullying Week I thought there is no better week to surprise someone with a little gift and let them know they are cared for than now! So if you know of someone that is in need of a little token of love, DM me a heart ❤️ and I’ll do a draw at the end of the week. You do not need to say who it is for and I will not broadcast the name of the person who gets selected. It’s just a little token of love from one human to another ❤️

Pancake day got me thinking how strange us Brits are and how we will quite happily have crepes with fruit and lashings of cream from a crepe stall but then get all conservative when it comes to doing our own pancakes. So if any of you are looking for something a little less predictable how about trying the recipe below. I’m sure it would be scrummy 😋
