Adding in extra nutrients to your daily diet is so much easier than what you may think
It also doesn’t have to cost you extra money
Often we already have lots of nutritious ingredients already in our cupboards at home
Excellent sources of the powerful antioxidants polyphenols which can help support our overall health, can be found in the dried herbs and spices already in our store cupboards:
🌿Basil
🌿Garlic
🌿oregano
🌿paprika
🌿pepper
🌿ginger
🌿cinnamon
🌿Tumeric
Try adding some of these herbs to your everyday meals whilst cooking, for example you could add in some of these to your bolognaise’s and curry’s as well as soups and sauces
Tomatoe puree is an excellent source of the antioxidant lycopene and can be added to lots of recipes too 🍅
