The latest Æsir frameset getting its last lick of custom paint scheme before being built up.

Here is the new MKII AEsir.
With the advent of wireless to the front group sets we no longer needed the modular cable guides so we were able to simplify the front end of the frame.
Mechanical cabling is now run externally with the use of bosses under the downtube and 3-D printed custom guides. The bosses is also double as mounts for a third water bottle and a crud catcher.

One of the best things about building custom frames is the ability to keep people cycling even when they thought they would have to give it up.
This bike was built for a lady with a severe hip impingment who struggled to even get onto a normal bike let alone pedal it.
By developing a step through frame with the help of Solidworks FEA and the use of 135mm cranks our client is now whizzing around the lanes with a new lease of life.
