Verdant X Jon Hopkins hitting the fridges now!

We're huge fans of Jon Hopkins and his amazing music. This recipe is based on the track Jon wrote called 'Light Through The Veins'. He was struggling with a creative block at the time and managed to release it by way of restrictions and limits...in this case, basing the music around the number 9. As an ode and a riff, the recipe for this beer is all 9s or divisibles thereof! Let this mega hopped-up banger light up your veins...PARTY!

‘Big Fun’ collaboration with Beak Hazy IPA - A smooth and velvety base, owing to our highest-ever quantity of oats and wheat. with some spelt for good measure, using a range of pellet and liquid hop products, Galaxy, Eclipse, Nelson and Vic secret make for a dazzling bouquet of sweet mandarin, passion fruit and gooseberry. 4.14 ⭐️

‘No Sleep’ collaboration with Pressure Drop NZ Pils - A blend of classic lager malts provide a clean canvas for the refined character of Nelson, Pacific Jade, Wai-iti and Taiheke. Layers of peach and lime with hints of cracked pepper and
bergamot sit atop a vibrant piquette-like smasher.

‘Sing Aloud’ collaboration with Fyne Ales ESB - A modern take on a classic ESB, a wonder combination of Olicana and Endeavour hops combine with rich malts to give notes of plum, raisin, caramel and a pleasing bitterness to finish.
