Why Gin...Why not?
Husband and wife team Martin and Lorraine Moore are establishing a small (but perfectly formed!) distillery producing fine quality, small batch gin in the beautiful historic town of Warwick following a love affair with gin that has gone on for many years.
Our beautiful copper pot still is called Nellie - Why Nellie? well she's named after the elephant in the room (or Martin’s Stage 4 malignant Melanoma to be precise!). He looks and feels incredibly well considering. He currently receives immunotherapy treatment every three weeks from the fabulous people at the Aylesford Unit in Warwick.
When he got his diagnosis he thought “b***** this i want to have some fun!” so he got himself on a distillers course so that he could follow his dream of making his own gin using the finest ingredients from around the world and locally foraged.
Arrange a visit our gin school you can come and take charge of a beautiful Al-ambiq still for the day, choose your botanicals and create your own unique bottle.
