Becca Edwards keys were lying on the office desk yesterday.

I noticed her dad's name on the fob. Bit of a shock to think that it is fifty years since I worked alongside Nigel Edwards at Wansbrough Paper Mill. It is his 'dog tag' from National Service days & has his Army Number on the reverse.

What a treasure for her.

Jim and Sarah have been setting up our trade stand today in readiness for the Bovey Tracey Craft Festival this weekend, open from 10-5pm 12-14th June. We look forward to seeing many of you there! It’s a great day out with loads to see and do, with over 200 crafts people taking part plus workshops, street theatre and delicious food. What’s not to love! Jim nearly had to spend the night in the marquee as he got carried away lacing himself in.

We are really looking forward to having a sales stand at Bovey Tracey Craft Festival over the second weekend in June.

It has been a few years since we had our own stand at the show. Our pop-up shop will be manned 10 - 5 daily.

Set in idyllic parkland on the edge of Dartmoor, hosting an exceptional collection of carefully curated makers. Immerse yourself in 3 days of meeting over 200 makers, workshops for all ages, demonstrations, talks, Craft Cinema, live music, storytelling, walk about theatre, family activities and great food.

We use three different grades of cotton linters in our papers, as well as cotton & linen rag.

Neil picked up a couple of bales this week. Should keep us going for a while.
