This cute hawaiian themed Lilo and Stitch smash cake for a lucky girls 7th birthday is made up of a light fluffy vanilla sponge and covered in white chocolate ganache for the bottom tier and a hollow chocolate top tier full to the brim with sweets waiting to cascade out when smashed open. They ate finished with fondant details and white chocolate plumeria and hibiscus flowers.
