All of our items are made with love and care. Also to make them extra special we are lucky enough to have fairy friends at the bottom of the garden, who are willing to spare some ‘fairy dust’. We sprinkle this on to the items we create to give the people who receive our items a few fairy wishes. Cannot see it? Well, you know how fairies are they do not like people knowing about them, so they make it invisible. If you see it you have met the fairies before, and they know that they can trust you.

We only use quality yarn. Washing instructions are:
• Machine washable to 30 degrees
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not bleach.

We send all items via Royal Mail tracked 48hr delivery.

If items do not arrive or arrive but are damaged I will make a claim for compensation via the Post office or you may do so yourself if you would prefer.
Please be aware that the Post Office require a photo of the item in the packaging as it arrived as well as a picture showing where the damage has occurred. Once compensation has been agreed by the Post Office I will then refund this to you if I have made the claim on your behalf.
