Gender Reveal/Helium Question...

I'm doing my first 24" double stuffed gender reveal helium balloon this weekend and was a little unsure on a couple of things...
•Do I need to use hi-float between the 2 balloons? My thought was no as they're popping same day.
•Am I safe to use 5" balloons & confetti inside like I normally do in my air versions?
•If yes, should I fill my 5" with helium also or air?
•I'm using Helium King & just adding a bow to the neck.
