It’s here ☺️

We have slowly introduced LVT into the shop but after such a high demand we needed to find the right fitters who take pride in their work like we do with all of our other flooring.

We have now found a highly skilled team whose work speaks for itself and are happy to crack on and start accepting any LVT jobs big or small.

These are just a few pics highlighting our new LVT teams, skills. They are all pictures of their work completed recently for us and for themselves.

We now have a large selection to choose from and can get hold of most brands and of course at the best prices 👍

Now Open

We fitted the brand new cake shop in Watford with a commercial vinyl for all back areas and a matting for the front door ready for their Grand opening.

We wish all the best on their new venture and we will be in their with the girls soon to test out a few slices 😉

Large Laminate Job

This is a recently completed laminate job where we dug out the old tiles (see video) in the utility room and levelled the floors so the client could have the laminate running all through the down stairs on the same level…

The team uplifted all the old laminate as well as the tiles and replaced it with this gorgeous kielder oak flooring…

The client is in love with her new flooring and so happy she went all out and had the utility in the same as getting those tiles up wasn’t an easy job 😅

The Old Fox in Bricketwood

When your mother and father in law buy a run down pub you know your about to be busy 😅

We prepped the floors and levelled them out using Ardex NA latex and fitted Alva LVT in the colour Walnut Oak for the bar and restaurant area finished off with Gold bars to match the decor…

For the Bar and TV side we fitted Scala combinations in the colour pine with treadaire King underlay, and again finished off nicely with Gold bars.

Finally both entrances were fitted with natural coir mats for those muddy boots…

To see how good the flooring and the fitting is, you can see how much our Dog Dodger likes it and there’s a video of my youngest daughter riding her pony in the pub. I’m not sure who else can say they have put their work to such great tests but we welcome any challengers 🤣🤣

The Old Fox has been completely transformed after being shut and left for 8 years. So if you fancy a pint or some lovely home made pub grub then get down to the Old Fox and check it out 🍻😋

Make a feature of your stairs with so many different options available to really make your stairway standout..

Here are a few recent stair runners that we have had made and fitted this year all in different carpets and whipping options..

The Big Red Bus
It’s not something we’ve ever been asked to do before but ….
We never say no 😉

We were actually the only company to reply and organise a site visit for this project. All the others including some big names never even got back to the school or refused to do it. As soon as we/I heard about this project and what it was going to be used for, we were all excited to see how we could help…

The Carpet Supermarket girls even got to do a site visit to this one as it’s not every day they can drive a real double decker bus 🤣

After we agreed on what needed doing we prepped the floors and got them as flat as possible by cutting out bits of the old flooring and making good. We fitted Scala Combinations class 32 commercial gel back carpet in the colour Navy using a stick down method…

We had the job finished in a day with the school absolutely over the moon with the end result. Seeing as this bus was in ruins when it first arrived, you really wouldn’t believe it was the same bus now…

Just seeing how much it benefits the school and how much the kids actually want to go to the Library now makes it all worth while. Such a clever and innovative idea that has massively paid off 👌🏻

What can we say??

Carpet Supermarket is now closed until 6th January and we will all be celebrating our first year this weekend so we won’t be able to do any posts 🤣

The last year after taking over Carpet Supermarket has been amazing, we have taken it to new levels and we haven’t even started yet..

Now the first year is out the way we will be revamping the shop, the new website should be up in January and new suppliers, carpet, vinyl and LVT stands will be installed throughout Jan and Feb..

We couldn’t have done this without our amazing client base and our friends and family who have and continue to support us on this journey. We will continue to bring you our 5 star service at much cheaper prices then anywhere else 😉 that’s a promise..

We couldn’t have asked for a better first year and we appreciate and love all our clients and can’t wait to see you and our new clients in the future..

We hope you all have a great Christmas and very happy and prosperous new year..

WOW
Look at this stunning and elegant stair runner we fitted recently. Definitely one of our favourite jobs of the year, being a part of this project and seeing it from the start to how it looks now is amazing👌🏻.

The cotton herringbone edging for the stair runner was done by and really makes a feature of the stairs with its elegant and stylish looks. Combined with a berber loop carpet really makes a feature of any stair case..

We supply all sorts of whipping options that can really bring your stairs alive so if it’s something your after or thinking about then the team will be happy to help..
