Bushey Pottery My new Pottery Studio in Bushey offers regular weekly Pottery classes. Facilities cater for both handbuilding and throwing.

I have been the Pottery Tutor at the Watford Grammar School for Girls' School Ceramics Evening Class for many years and are now offering classes at my home studio. In recent years popularity of pottery has grown and grown and these classes will give more people the opportunity to enjoy this versatile and creative craft.

Creative writing is a great way to explore your own creativity. I have started a small supportive creative writing group which meets every Monday morning at 11.15am for approximately one and a half hours. The group meets at Carpenders Park & South Oxhey Methodist Church which is kindly offering us the space for free or a small donation. Tea and coffee is also available. I choose a writing prompt to inspire us, we write together and then share what we have written, giving supportive and encouraging feedback to each other. You will find me at Unitas Youth Zone in Barnet providing pottery for young people. The centre has amazing facilities, including a kiln, potters wheels and a choice of glazes. Take a look at some of the pottery young people have been making with me there, on Saturday and Tuesday evenings. Please spread the news that there is pottery and a host of other exciting activities available for children of all ages at this wonderful youth centre.
