I want to be very clear: this is NOT the end of Blue Sheep Books, it’s just another chapter.

4 years ago I didn’t even dare to dream my little bookshop would turn into this amazing community space. I am sharing only a few of our memories from the shop’s journey so YOU can see what you helped create. Everything Blue Sheep Books is today is thanks to YOU.

With every single purchase and word of encouragement you gave us the courage needed to keep going, keep pushing, keep growing. We host three book clubs, and open mic night, a Pokemon night and a MTG night, we travel to events and we host authors.

Although this wasn’t planned, John and I are moving to the USA 🇺🇸 as he got a job at a university over there, but we are leaving Blue Sheep in good hands!
We have been working very hard in the background to ensure Blue Sheep Books will continue and I am glad to say Wednesbury will not lose its book/coffee/TCG shop. We are about to start a transition period, but we are hoping there will only be minimal changes in the shop’s opening times and event scheduling. We hope you continue to shop at Blue Sheep, keep visiting and keep supporting it as you have been over the past few years. Blue Sheep Books will continue pretty much as you know it!

My last day working at Blue Sheep Books is Friday, the 11th of September, if anyone would like to pop in to say goodbye. We fly on Sunday 🤩

we know we don’t usually share things like this but I wanted to say a massive thank you to our Open Mic Night attendees from last night tor all the lovely messages! 🥹 we’re sorry we haven’t been able to see you in person but we are trying to get the last few thing sorted before the move. We hope you keep coming to Blue Sheep Books, keep supporting it under the new owners, as it will continue being the same welcoming space for all of ewe!
