Saturday has arrived and I’m back in the WTW Unit 😎

All the new “Ready for Battle” items have been added to the display cabinet and have filled up the Bolt Action / Konflikt 47 shelf quite nicely ❤️

Not much on the workbench today as I have a few other admin bits to take care of during the day but I will be doing some more work on the Hobbyboss 1:35 scale King Tiger. This model kit is one that has been in the back burner for some time now so it will be nice to move that project along finally 😉

Now that the weather is cooling down and the days are drawing now is a great time to pick up a nice hobby project too keep you busy so pop in and have a look around at the Corby Indoormarket or check out the full range of stock we carry on the WTW website 🙂

Just in time for Halloween 🎃 the Konflikt 47 Totenkorps Hoard is finished and will be available in the WTW Unit first thing tomorrow morning 😉 and will be added to the WTW website shortly.

30 Undead troops that have been pre painted and based are shuffling their way on to the battlefield 🤣 this “Ready for Battle”set comprises of the following miniatures…

14 x Allied Troops
12 x German Troops
4 x Armoured German Troops

Each miniature has been painted to a good tabletop standard and has then been varnished and clear coated to add some extra protection to the paint work whilst being used in game, each one has a slightly different base which fits in perfectly with a war torn city environment.

The next “Ready for Battle” diorama piece is now finished and is available on the WTW website now 🙂

As usual our “Ready for Battle” items are pre painted in house and then varnished and clear coated to help protect the paint work during game play, the M21 can easily be lifted of of its base and then returned to it after your game has finished.

This item will be added to the display cabinet outside the WTW Unit on Saturday morning so keep an eye out then 😉

Bit of a late post today but It’s Saturday already and I’m finally getting over the Jet Lag from my trip to Florida 😎

It’s delivery day (the first one since I’ve been away) and there is a ton of stuff to be sorted and put out on the shelves to top up what Pingu had sold over the last 3 weeks. We also have some great new Airfix Model kits to add to the ever growing stock list 😀

On the workbench today I have a couple of projects that need finishing 😉

First up is the last Zombie from the Konflikt 47 Totenkorps box once he is done he will be added to the other 29 under troops and put up for sale in our “Ready for Battle” range ❤️

I will also be working on the base for the Bolt Action M21 Mortar carrier I completed before going on vacation, again once this is completed it will also be added to our “Ready for Battle” range.

After a month away I’m back in the WTW Unit ❤️ Pingu has done a great job covering so he can now have some well needed days off !

After a fantastic time spent in Florida I’m refreshed and ready to get back to all things hobby related 😎

I will be placing a Model kit restock order today so if there is anything specific you were after let me know and I’ll add it on to the list 👍

I haven’t got much on the workbench today as I’m still suffering from jet lag so I’ll be doing some easy bits today.

First up is the final parts on the Messerschmitt Bf109F-4 I started before I went away. Just a bit of weathering to do and it’s ready to hang up on the WTW ceiling with the other model kits I’ve done for display 😉

Then I’m going to have a bit of a re arrange of stock to freshen things up on the shelves and then have a bit of a read through my book this afternoon 😉

I’m back in the WTW Unit after another week away at a WW2 show ❤️

Today on the workbench I’m playing catch up 🤣 I have the Messerschmitt Bf109 is built and primed ready for its main colours to be painted on today. This was a kit that one of my customers had started but one of the tail wings had been miss moulded when it was made which made the model incomplete so I have taken on the build as a restoration project. New replacement wing has been sourced and added 😀 normally I paint the cockpit and pilot separately but this time he has been previously glued in so I’m going to have to do his paint work while he is inside the fuselage.

Next up I will be giving the next batch of K47 Totenkorps their anti shin Matt varnish coat then they will be ready to be added to the others I have previously completed. I have one lone mini that I want to try something different with so I’ll be scratch building a base for him 😎

The Bolt Action M21 Mortar Carrier I started a fortnight ago is pretty much complete today’s job is to get the crew minis painted up.

And finally I have the after market 1:32 scale US pilot to glue together and give a bit of a mould line clean up. This pilot is for the commission I have taken on that I also started a fortnight ago.

Delivery arrived yesterday evening and is now in the WTW Unit and on the WTW Website 😉

We have one new model kit from Airfix which is one of the Vintage Classic range

The 1:72 scale Mitsubishi Ki-46 II “Dinah”

We have also had a lot of requests recently to stock Green stuff modelling putty so we have ordered some in 😉 each pack contains two strips of mixable putty approx 10cm long each.

And to add to our ever growing paint range we have 5 new colours on the rack 😎

Saturday is here and I’m back in the WTW Unit after being away at more WW2 shows 😎

Pingu has had a delivery during the week and we have plenty of new stock items available

On the workbench today I’ll be finishing off the next batch of Konflikt 47 Totenkorps Zombies which just need the Anti shine varnish adding then they will be ready to join the others in the WTW “Ready for Battle” range 😀

Next up I’ll be starting work on our newest customer commission piece 😀 the Revell Models 1:32 scale P51D-5NA Mustang looking forward to building this kit up for him 🫡
