Our new supplier 'English Garden' is a beekeeper based in Raunds.

He has been keeping bees for just over 4 years
Inspired by a fellow teacher over 30 years ago, he took up the opportunity to keep bees as a hobby following retirement.

We have their local honey in stock, which we are sure you will enjoy

Still on cloud 9. Such an amazing moment, thank you so much for a great evening , and a huge thank you to our customers, without all of your support this wouldn't of been possible.

🏆NL AWARDS WINNER 2026 AS 'BEST RETAILER' 🏆

Words can't describe just how incredibly grateful I am to everyone that voted for us, to all of our wonderful customers that support us every single day. Even on quiet days you turn up and you make The Bee Friendly Store possible.

7 weeks ago I found out we were finalists while sat in bed at hospital, and last night was the first time I've been out, and what a night it was a huge thank you for the amount of time and work that goes into organising such a huge event.

From our little container store to unit 2 at Nene Court, I am so proud to have won last night. It wouldn't have been possible without the amazing bee keepers that fill our shelves and for all the time they give me. To the wonderful community that have believed in us and love our concept and what we offer, to an amazing friend Carol Carol's Kingdom who has kept the shop running for me while I've been in recovery, you are a star , if you see her please congratulate her too, she was mystery shopped while I wasn't there and the feedback we had last night was exceptional. And finally a giant thank you to my family, for all the late nights, the shop moves, the re arranging of furniture time and time again, the rubbish runs, the unpacking and packing, painting, and making of all the displays 'thank you dad 🙏🏻'. The shop wouldn't give customers the experience I've dreamed of without it all.

We have so much more on it's way for you all, so please keep an eye out, a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart and I can't wait to see you in the shop soon
