If your item arrives damaged then please contact us with details and photos of the damage We can then put in a claim for the damage to the relevant courier and offer either a refund or replacement. I post out Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) around 4pm so I am happy to receive payment up to 4pm for the same day dispatch ,I use Royal Mail to send all my items. Missing Items: Royal Mail: They should leave a card if you are not at home, sadly this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived as expected please contact your local sorting office (not Post Office) as 99% of the time your item is sat there waiting for collection. If not then please contact us, please remember that Royal Mail does not consider a item lost until after 15 days and we are unable to submit a claim till then. For lost items we will offer a refund, replacement or a alternative item
