We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join a small established team.
The role is based at our office in the picturesque town of Bampton, Devon.
Full-time hours are available but we can also offer a part-time position around the core hours of 10:00 to 15:00 each day.
The role will involve the following daily tasks:
Dealing with incoming customer enquiries and queries via telephone, email, website live chat and our own help desk system.
Resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Liaising with couriers to resolve delivery issues.
Booking of various couriers.
Processing sales enquiries, providing quotes and fulfilling sample requests.
Following up quotations and samples to help develop orders or useful feedback when not successful.
Other office admin duties as required.
The following experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given:
Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Experience of selling on Amazon and eBay.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self motivated and driven.
Comfortable using IT packages including Word, Excel, and Gmail.
Experience of working within a fast-paced retail / eCommerce environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
