The final tribute lorry was lovingly handcrafted in memory of Steve, with every detail thoughtfully created to reflect his life, his passion and the love shared by his family and friends. Set on a moss base, it featured beautiful floral corsages, delicate bear grass detailing and gold letter ribbon displaying Steve and his driver’s name, “FIL.”

Special care was given to every finishing touch, including the windows, number plates, tiny silver aerials and silver-sprayed alloys, bringing this meaningful tribute beautifully to life. Each detail was created with love, care and heartfelt remembrance.

The completed arrangement was displayed on a sturdy back stand, carefully constructed on the day so it could be seen and admired by everyone who came to pay their respects. As the tribute was quite heavy, it needed to be handled with care, ensuring that every precious detail remained secure.

A truly personal and loving farewell for Steve, created to honour his memory and celebrate the life he lived. 🕊️🤍

Phase 2 of the bespoke lorry build on a 2ft by 2ft design board..

This is flowering up stage but to give it more definition they have been trimmed which creates lots of mess but so worth the lines when done ..

Because this lorry was 3 colours the spraying process had to be done in stages too.. allowing time for drying, separating the sections to create clean lines.

Floristry is all about bringing your vision to life. 🌿

Whether it’s a personal, bespoke design or a meaningful tribute for a loved one, every creation begins with a vision.

When it comes to truly bespoke floristry, there’s so much more happening behind the scenes before the flowers even begin to take shape. Structure, weight, counterbalancing, logistics and, above all, those little details that matter most.

The moment someone shares their vision with me, the cogs in my brain start turning. How can I make this happen? What structure will it need? How will it work? What’s the best way to bring their idea to life?

Floristry is creative, visionary and, above all else, an absolute pleasure. ❤️

Some designs are more challenging than others, and there are always moments when you stop and think, “Right… how are we going to do this?” 😂

We’re constantly problem-solving, adapting and working out the best way to achieve what’s been imagined. But that’s our job, and it’s all part of the process.

Because what matters most is delivering something that meets your vision and your requirements, whatever the occasion and whatever the design may be.

Before the flowers, before the finishing touches, and before the vision truly comes to life, there’s a whole lot of thought, planning and craftsmanship that goes into making it happen.

🌸 A LITTLE LAST-MINUTE FLOWER OPPORTUNITY!

What a busy morning it’s been! A huge flower delivery arrived first thing, and I’ve been working my way through it all. 💐

The funeral work is almost complete, with just the finishing touches to add to this very, very bespoke piece I’ve created. ❤️

But I do have a rare little opportunity for someone! 🌷

I have just ONE aquapack of flowers available for £35.

Good morning to all my wonderful flower followers The Flower Hut Norfolk! 🌸

It’s a little chilly out there this morning, but at least the sun is shining! ☀️🌿

I have a really full-on week ahead, with lots of bespoke funeral designs being created. These special pieces take so much time, care, thought and construction, with all those little details that help bring a personal vision to life. Every design is approached with love, care and consideration. 🤍

Alongside this, I’ll also be creating beautiful flowers for general gifting, so if you have any floral needs this week, please do get in touch sooner rather than later, as my diary is already looking very full!

A little diary update, too… 🌸

I will be closed from Friday afternoon through to Sunday morning as I’ll be attending an awards gala dinner. If you need flowers, I can arrange delivery first thing on Friday morning, or I’ll be back and available on Sunday.
