We’ve been quiet on here for such a long time with so much going on we’ve shifted the way we work and are ready to bring in the New Year with some changes and new team members to help us continue to bring you amazing props and products!

We’ve spent time researching some new manufacturers trends and products to bring you the very best in the fastest turn around possible.

We will contact everyone ASAP ( clearance takes time and of course for the goods to get to us and for us to unpack absolutely everything! )

Thanks so much for all your orders for our Autumn order.
Here’s what happens next.

Accounts will issue receipts to you over the next week

I will be working with our manufacturers over the next few weeks finalising the designs
⬇️
For custom orders we will send images and update as the items are made
⬇️
The goods will be packed and shipped ( by sea ) these leave depots oversees which are very busy. This takes time!
⬇️
Dependant on the seas and lots of factors the oversea trip takes around 4-5 weeks
⬇️
It hits the UK shores and then is unloaded and looked after by our UK import agents… this takes time so be patient.. when I say it’s arrived in the U.K…delivery to me is not instant !!!
⬇️
The goods clear customs, I pay all the fees and our agent arranges the delivery to us in Mid-Wales. Again this takes time.
⬇️
Once we receive the goods we unpack everything and check everything .. this again takes time as they are packaged… very well!!!
⬇️
We then contact you to arrange delivery

YOU WILL NEED TO PAY YOUR FINAL INVOICE AS THE GOODS ARE ARRIVING INTO THE U.K DEPOT…. DO NOT DELAY!!!

Our next cut off for our next delivery will be 10th December with delivery estimate around the end of Feb… start of March.. perfect to get you wedding ready for next year!!!
