This was such a surreal experience! No bumps…no turbulence…nothing. But not too far away, somewhere over the Mediterranean, this was happening! 😲 A few years ago this would have completely freaked me out and left me in a cold sweat, sure I was going to meet my maker! But thankfully talking through the logic of flying with Zoey (who had started to express nerves recently) with the help of various brilliant free resources from I sat there calm as anything and just enjoyed the show 🤩

If anyone has nerves about flying (let’s face it, many of us do - it just feels so unnatural 😅) I highly recommend following him and taking a scroll!

What can’t you wait to come home to when you’re away? When the holiday is coming to an end we always try to list the things we’re looking forward to at home…to make the goodbye a little easier 😅

Absolutely madness that it is hotter at home than here! 🙀 Really hope the pets, family and friends are all staying as cool as possible. As much as we all moan we want to see more sunshine in the UK, it’s just not built for this kind of weather at home! So it’s not easy. Super grateful to be in the aircon/pool and not working ☀️ Look after yourselves guys! 🫶

Absolutely love our custom artwork that we treated ourselves to by the amazing while away! We got one inspired by our matching tattoos…which he absolutely nailed! And an amazing portrait of Zoey’s special bunny Francis 🥰 that I forgot to snap a pic of before it was safely packed away 😅 so that will be shared when I can 🙈

It’s going to be a big bump back to reality this week that’s for sure 😅 but glad it’s going to be in the best way! Because these markets are always just the best! So many incredible stall holders and customers every time! Can’t wait to join the fabulous at next week! Perfect timing to grab some Father’s Day treats too 🤩

No idea if it’s the fibromyalgia, the fact I have so many tense muscles…or maybe I’m just an absolute wimp 🤣 but bloody hell. I knew it was bad when she asked multiple times in broken English ‘where are you going?!’ as I kept squirming away from her, and we both spent half the session laughing at my agony as I told her to keep going. That much pain must be doing something good right?! Please tell me it’ll be worth it and tomorrow I’ll be a new woman?! 😆

Right now I’m stretching my calves continuously trying to will 37 years of toxins and lactic acid to leave my body that she seems to have pummelled out of them 😅
