👀 Did you know sheet vinyl can go in high traffic areas Aslong as you get the correct quality that can withstand what daily life throws at it.

🧐 Gone are the days of easily rip able vinyls,
Some vinyls are actually tougher than many other floorings that are much more expensive.

🤯 it can be a much more cost effective compared to laminate and LVT. Some vinyls boast a super tough 0.5mm wear layer same as Lvt and fully waterproof ect

🫣 First the subfloor needed a good latex to sort out the uneven mess that was there.

🥷 Then the magic happens- this lovely dark brownish LVT herringbone (picture picks up the lighter planks not so drastic in person) with single border to really make it pop
