New pastures for Emma.... Pheasant Acre Plants

With the Wenvoe field and flowers now in the safe hands of Emma is starting a new flowery adventure with the incredible
With too many RHS Gold medals to count, Pheasant Acre Plants was just too good an opportunity to miss!

Concentrating on Cut Flowers and Herbaceous Perennials, it's going to be a summer filled with Dahlias, Zinnias, Cosmos and Sweet Peas along with raising an exciting mix of new plants for the nursery.

This week, alongside preparing for Chelsea, the Pheasant Acre team have been tending a freshly planted field of thousands of dahlias and an exciting sweet pea trail at Forage Farm Shop in Cowbridge.

Although leaving the field hasn't been easy, this new challenge is truly exciting! Please follow to keep updated with lots of fabulous flowery news.

Today is a busy day of planting what will become our glorious summer blooms. But along with the hard work comes a chance to appreciate the April flowers lapping up this beautiful sunshine.

Our biggest gift bouquet ever!

We had a lovely order to celebrate a 5th wedding anniversary. The customer said that the flowers had been such an important part of the wedding that they wanted something special for this important anniversary.

The bouquet is made up of 3 smaller bouquets, each with their own distinct colour palette but with flowers that work together to make the whole. It can be displayed together or in a combination of vases. This makes our large bouquets versatile and all the more interesting for the recipient.

If you have a celebration or just an abundance of love for someone, this might be just the thing to show that you care.

It's a beautiful end to a busy week. It's easy to be so busy that you literally forget to stop and smell the roses. But slowing down and appreciating the beauty of the flowers, wildlife and the evening light has been a fabulous way to end the week.
I hope you all get a chance to enjoy some beauty too this weekend.

Some gorgeous buckets of blooms have left the field this week despite the challenging weather! We've also had lots of lovely visitors, new customers and even a picnic. Definitely a week to remember!
