I have a new idea for my Button Moon Creations website. I've already been in touch with my subscribers about it and have four sets of jewellery to make for those who have ordered. Now I'm sharing my idea with my Facebook friends.
I was looking through my costume jewellery last week, for something that matched one of my summer dresses. (Remember the gorgeous warm weather?) Well, everything clashed with my busy flower pattern, so I decided to make my own with lightweight clay. I shaped it, baked it, smoothed it, painted it, varnished it and then added fixings.
If you have a favourite outfit you'd like matching jewellery for, email me at [email protected] and I'll get back to you. Earrings are £8, a necklace is £12 and if you would like a set of both it's discounted to £18. I'll need a close-up photograph taken in daylight and that you're happy with the colour match.
It'll be unique to you, or would make a great gift for someone special.
