🚨 DETAILS FOR THIS SUNDAY 🚨
This Sunday 13th September is our first open day / closing down sale.
We will be open from 11am - 3:30pm.
Address: Sussex Roses, Southlands Lane, West Chiltington, RH20 2JU.
There is plenty of parking on our car park in front of the greenhouses.

We will have lots of things for sale: plants, gardenware, growing equipment, wedding equipment and more!
We will also have plastic pots, trays, crates and pallets available for free.

🚨 CLOSING DOWN SALE DATES 🚨

Firstly thank you all so much for your comments after our announcement last week, we appreciate you all💓

As mentioned we will be holding some open days, these will be on the below dates:

SUNDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER 11am-3:30pm
WEDNESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 11am - 2pm
FRIDAY 2ND OCTOBER 2pm - 6pm

We will have a range of things for sale, including but not limited to: plants, growing equipment, wedding equipment, floristry equipment.

We will also have some free items such as pallets, crates, plastic pots and trays.

We will aim to post pictures mid week of some things that will be available, please message us with any questions.

More days may be announced depending on what we have left but this is not guaranteed 💙💚💜

🚨IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Unfortunately, after 30 years of business, Sussex Roses (Nine Gables Nursery) will be closing at the end of 2026 due to our landlord selling up.

We are of course devastated to bring you all this news as this has been our family business for the past 30 years.

Please see important details below:

We will remain at Steyning Farmers Market until October (October 3rd being our final market).

We will remain at Stable Antiques until November (date tbc).

Our webshop and order books will remain open for the next few months, we will update you all in due course when we will be closing these officially. However we will not be doing Christmas this year.

All 2026 weddings remain unaffected and all 2027 couples have now been contacted.

In due course we will be holding some open days as we have stock and wedding equipment as well as growing equipment that we do need to sell, there will also be some free to collector items. These dates will be announced shortly.

We want to thank you all for your custom and support for the past 30 years, we couldn't have got this far without each and everyone of you.
