Due to the handmade nature of my products no two items will be exactly the same (they may look similar if needed but it isn't likely that they will be exact copies). re spelling/dates etc are all correct in your message as some items are extremely hard to adapt when this happens - the customer is responsible for communicating the correct information to be used on an item. Once your order is taken and the item is in the process of being made I will send photos for you to check over. My aim is to make items within a 10-15day turnaround, some items may be quicker should I have stock items available. This timing can increase at peak times (such as Christmas, Father's Day, Easter etc). Please let me know if you require an item promptly and I may be able to help. Prices are given as a guideline, some items may vary due to the personal nature of each item. Payments can be made via Paypal at [email protected], bank transfer by request or alternatively cash on collection. A deposit may be necessary in order to secure your item(s). All prices are for collection. Postage is offered if the item is deemed suitable for posting - these items will be posted with Royal Mail, preferably Signed For, if you require First Class for your item to arrive more promptly then please let me know. In the rare event that you find your item damaged then please let me know via message, email or mobile as soon as possible - providing photographic evidence of your item within 24 hours of receipt. I hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you aren't it can be returned in its original condition - please note personalised items cannot be returned and can only be cancelled if work has not commenced on your item.
