🎄 Can You Help Keep West Kirby's Christmas Lights Shining? 🎄
For many years, West Kirby has been lucky to have a dedicated team of volunteers who have worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to organise our much-loved Christmas lights display.
Following a number of retirements and resignations over the last couple of years, the current committee no longer has enough volunteers to continue. The existing committee has therefore taken the difficult decision to step down.
The good news is that this doesn't have to be the end of West Kirby's Christmas lights.
The current committee has built up years of experience, has a proven fundraising model that successfully raises the money needed each year, and can pass on all of the materials, contacts and knowledge to a new team. They have also kindly offered to provide advice and support to help new volunteers get started.
If you've ever thought about getting more involved in the community, this is a fantastic opportunity to help preserve one of West Kirby's favourite Christmas traditions.
