🛟 WEST KIRBY RNLI IS RECRUITING - WE NEED YOU! 🛟

We’re looking for new volunteers to join our crew - particularly lifeboat crew, launch vehicle drivers and shore crew. You don’t need any previous maritime experience to get involved, just enthusiasm, a team mindset and the commitment to make a positive difference within your community.

What we’re looking for…

✅ Lifeboat crew: aged 18–55
✅ Launch vehicle & shore crew: aged 18–65
📍 Live and/or work within the CH48 postcode
🗓️ Able to commit to training exercises, a monthly crew meeting, and be ready to respond to the pager when the call for help comes.

West Kirby Sailing Club lit up the sky on Saturday 2 November, hosting a spectacular community event to raise vital funds for their local RNLI station.

Thank you to everyone who came and supported our fireworks last night. It was a fantastic turnout and the fireworks were spectacular! Huge thanks to all the volunteers involved from setting off the fireworks to stewards, all the refreshments and the hours of preparation that go into it 🙌🎇.

🎆Our brightest night of the year … bring friends & family along to our annual fireworks night on Saturday 2nd November.
