Welcome to our new member of the Santa Maria family. This beast has two individual racks which you can crank up and down over the fire, this gives you more flexibility in controlling the temperature, and allows a wider range of items to be cooked at the same time. Both racks are removable. The gallon drum can be removed from the stand, which is collapsible so it is easily transportable. The grill has two separate coal grates. The base is a 45 gallon drum which over time is easily replaceable
