The cosiest time of year has arrived at Hand & Heart 🤎 We’ve been busy putting together a limited autumn menu filled with warming spices, apple, pumpkin, maple, pecans and all the cosy flavours. These bakes are available to order from now until mid-November! 🍁✨

When we started Hand & Heart, we never imagined that so many of you would choose to follow along with our little home baking journey.
