It’s happening again! My FB is full of random posts from all over the UK no one I know! And the football posts are back! (Where did they come from) ??!! I can’t post on my page only my Trove page …. Am I stupid or is AI taking over?!!!

What’s happened to my Facebook
page has disappeared (not that I mind I just want to know!) Trove is still up and running. I am suddenly getting dozens of football posts 😳😳😳 and the others are not relevant to me! A few Mersea Locals posts but nothing from FB friends! Where has it gone? Anyone know what I can do please?!!

It’s been a while since we closed our doors in February 2025 due to Lynn retiring and my ill health but we are back !!

In a somewhat different format!

You can still find us at 4 Coast Road (next to the Art Cafe) - we now share our old shop with Daisey proprietor of Four Seasons and Mersea Art….. a combination of Trove specialities, ladies clothing, gifts and bespoke hand crafted wood with a local theme.

It’s good to be back and a big thank you to our customers who have poured through our door with heartwarming and welcoming messages!

Here’s to a good year on Mersea - support your local shops!
