💥 WE ARE MOVING 💥
Hello everyone! We have a big announcement to make:
The TripleHelixWargames store will temporarily be moving from our unit on the Westbury trading estate, and merging with our friends Gaming Frome over in Frome at the end of September.
Unfortunately, we are having to leave our long-term home in the westbury trading estate due to our lease ending and rising costs of rent for the unit. We are looking to move to somewhere more suited to the shop's needs, and more centralised in the community. During this transition period, our friends over at Gaming Frome have kindly opened their doors to us and allowed us to temporarily merge our store and stock with theirs until such time as we can find our new forever home!
🏣 What this means for us:
For the rest of July and August our opening hours and events will be run as normal.
At the end of August and into September our stores opening hours may be reduced to opening only on Sundays as we prepare to close the unit and start transferring stock and other goods over.
Events like our Riftbound Nexus Nights and others will continue to run as normal all the way through until the end of September when we close the unit. During September any events on Saturdays will be moved to Sundays or not run at all, so please keep up to date on our Whattsapp community or page.
From the start of October and onwards, we will be taking over Gaming Frome's store on Sundays and continue to run our card game events on Sundays only. Gaming Frome's opening hours will not change, except we will be opening their store on Sundays as well for us to run our card game events!
👪 What this means for you:
Throughout the rest of July and August there will be no change. During September some events may move, and our opening hours may differ (please check Facebook and the Whattsapp community for up-to-date info). From the start of October onwards our store at Unit 10 Cory Way, Westbury will be closed, and our sales and events will continue to run at Gaming Frome.
Gaming Frome is open during the week as well! While we are technically only taking over their store on Sundays for our events, all our card game stock will be available for purchase on any day Gaming Frome is open, and likewise visa-versa for sales of their miniature tabletop wargames and paints on Sundays.
Gaming Frome is in Frome! We are aware that this move will mean our store is not as local or as accessible to some of our players. We apologise for this and ask that you don't give up on us as this move is only temporary until we find our ideal spot, which may end up being closer to you!
I believe this covers all the information we have for now. As we have any updates or more information, we will share them as soon as possible on our page and Whattsapp groups so please make sure to check there for more info. And also please feel free to send us a message with any questions you have 😁. We appreciate your patience with us during this transition, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this causes.
