An LVT job in progress, the subfloor was less than perfect. and needed plywood fitted throughout, and a coat of latex smoothing compound over the top to bring the subfloor to a condition that enables LVT to be laid. Even then I still needed to feather finish some area's to create good subfloor conditions. The preparation work is the most important part of flooring. if it's not right then it compromises the entire job. Don't skip do it right 💪
